Terms

Rates: All rates are quoted in US dollars. In the even of increase in costs to us, we reserve the right to alter any quoted price. All services are based on package rates to witch considerable discounts have been applied.

Deletion of any services on this tours will require re- calculation on the basis of the individual services requested.

Children under 12 years of age, shering their parent`s room are entitled to a 25% discount on most services and infants under 2 years of age, enjoy a 75% discount. These discounts do not aplly to local commuter airli- nes.

Rates do not include: Anything not specified, items for personal nature meals not specified, alcoholic beverages, tips to guides and drivers. Cancellation and no-show policy: No refund will be issued for no-shows and cancellations made less than five (5) days prior to reservation date.

A 50% refund based on services purchased will be issued for cancellations made six (6) to eleven (11) days prior to reservation date.

A full refund based on services purchased minus an administration fee of 10% (minimum $50 per person) of the itinerary will be issued for cancellations made more than twelve (12) days prior to reservation date.

For confirmed reservations during Easter week or Christmas, there will be no refunds.

Mayantravel recommends the purchase of travel insurance to all our customers.

Credit Cards will be charged upon reception in local currency at the applicable exchange rate of the transaction date. Prior to departure, clients must verify that his documents and/or tickets are in order and that he has valid passport, witch is required for travel to Guatemala.
